The Professional Development Program (PDP) is Recruiting! The FHWA is seeking recent or upcoming graduates to join the FHWA family through the PDP! The PDP is a 24 or 36-months entry-level program that provides: On-The-Job Training Developmental Assignments A Leadership Skills Academy Applicants must maintain geographical mobility while on the program, sign a service agreement as a condition of employment, and be ready for an adventure. Recent graduates with an accredited and qualifying degree within the past 2 years (or 6 years for veterans) of the closing date of the announcement. Students enrolled in an accredited and qualifying degree program graduating within 6 months of the closing date of the announcement. Graduation transcript must be received before start date. GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
