"Who Can Apply: Indiana residents
Location of School: Any college, university, vocational, technical or trade school in Indiana
Other Criteria: Applicants must plan to pursue—or currently be pursuing—a
degree related to highway, bridge and/or the utility construction industry, have
a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and demonstrate talent and skill through participation in
community and school activities and work experience."
