The TN Department of Transportation is currently recruiting for entry-level civil engineers for our West, Middle and East Tennessee locations. We are looking for recent civil engineering graduates and students who are graduating in December 2020 with a civil engineering degree. TDOT’s Graduate Transportation Associate (GTA) Program is a highly competitive, professional development sequence that allows entry-level civil engineers to gain hands-on experience in the areas of maintenance, construction, design and project management.
