Purdue Lyles School of Civil Engineering Student Information and Updates

 Civil Engineering Undergraduates,

On Wednesday, September 2nd from 7:30 – 8:30 pm, Chi Epsilon, the National Civil Engineering Honor Society, will be hosting an informational session regarding the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. The meeting will take place via Zoom.

Starting on Wednesday, September 9th, Chi Epsilon will begin hosting weekly review sessions for each of the concentrations within civil. For simplicity, we will proceed in alphabetical order:

 

1. Architectural Engineering   -   Wednesday, September 9th

2. Construction Engineering   -   Wednesday, September 16th  

3. Environmental Engineering   -   Wednesday, September 23rd

4. Geomatics Engineering   -   Wednesday, September 30th

5. Geotechnical Engineering   -   Wednesday, October 7th

6. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Engineering   -   Wednesday, October 14th

7. Materials Engineering   -   Wednesday, October 21st

8. Structural Engineering   -   Wednesday, October 28th

9. Transportation Engineering   -   Wednesday, November 4th

For each weekly review session, a packet containing 6 questions related to the concentration will be prepared, and a copy containing the worked-out solutions. An additional 3-4 questions may be added in relation to mathematics and ethics.
