NZR Consulting is a small business specializing in race track design and safety providing clients with creative race track designs for both casual and professional racers. Circuits include road courses, temporary circuits and ovals. Additionally we provide event management for race operations.
Tony Cotman is a leading USA based design consultant who continues as the United States representative on the FIA Circuits Commission. This commission approves all FIA certified tracks worldwide. Cotman currently oversees all safety criteria for INDYCAR race tracks.
Job Opportunity - Contractor, Design & Operations
NZR Consulting is seeking
an individual to contract for a minimum of 1 year. The applicant must meet the
following:
- Be good with people and prepared to work with many city and state departments such as civil engineering, department of transportation, gas, electric, traffic planning, public works, fire department and police.
- Be willing to learn and understand event operations, primarily racing related
- Be familiar with and prepared to communicate by Teams, Zoom or similar meetings
- Must be experienced with AutoCAD (Windows or MAC), Solid Works or similar and be capable of using 3D. Must be fluent in Excel or Numbers
- Have the ability to develop and manage a website would be an advantage but not a necessity. Website currently operated externally but wish to move in house.
- Does not have to relocate but must be good at working unsupervised and willing to travel periodically.
