Crawford Murphy & Tilly (CMT) is expanding their
Indianapolis roadway design team and is looking to fill a newly created
position in their Indianapolis office. We are looking for a roadway design
project leader with prior experience working on DOT projects to serve as the lead
project manager for the Indianapolis office’s established roadway design group.
The engineer will be responsible for managing roadway design projects;
overseeing the technical development and delivery of projects; mentoring junior
staff members; and working with clients.
The group currently has extensive backlog. The firm works on
a wide variety of projects from signature and high-profile roadway design
projects (including a major section of I-69 south of Indianapolis), to a number
of INDOT new interchange projects. The majority of projects are located in
Indiana, and minimal travel is required for this position.

Requirements:
*10+ years of experience.
*BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
*Licensed Professional Engineer.
*Prior roadway design experience.
*Project management experience is required.
*Prior experience working on INDOT projects preferred (Candidates with experience managing roadway design projects for DOTs in other states will also be considered.)
